Very disappointing experience. I was charged $40 for what was basically some soap and a quick vacuum. They also sprayed a product inside my car that had an extremely strong, unpleasant smell—like heavy tire-shop cleaning chemicals. The smell stayed in the car, and the product left the interior feeling very oily. For $40, I expected a much better-quality service. Definitely not worth the price.

Bare minimum job for the price you pay. The staff, especially the person who receives the cars, is always unfriendly. Every time I’ve been here, and from everyone I know who has visited, the attitude has been consistently bad. (Edit: Just for the record, this is my first negative review, and unfortunately, you’ve earned it. I kept coming because you’re the closest to my house, but not anymore. Customer service matters just as much as the car wash, and a friendly attitude costs nothing)

Got the basic exterior wash and tires/wheels don’t look clean at all. Brake dust still stuck. Soak suds still in door jambs. Usually do not have a bad experience with this place but will not be going back again.

Got the detail that came out to $70. Left everything clean I’ll give you guys that. But damaged my aftermarket speaker in my car. I have picture proof because the speakers are fragile. Wasn’t ripped when I left my house this morning. Did a look thru my car and it’s ripped and holes in my speaker. Do not recommend at all. Tried to come back and resolve the issue and they claim they know what it looked like when I brought the car in. I know my speakers werent damaged before I came. Attached is a picture from before and after my speakers were broken

If you care about your car, avoid this car wash at all costs. I brought my brand new car in because, like anyone excited about a new vehicle, I want to keep it clean and well maintained. I requested a wash, vacuum, carpet cleaning, and interior wipe-down. While I’ve been here before with my old car and knew the drying wouldn’t be perfect… Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. Not only was the car not properly dried, but I later noticed that the screen on my dashboard had been scratched. This is extremely frustrating, especially on a brand new car. It seems like they may be using dirty or rough rags and handling interiors carelessly. I can deal with minor things like having to touch up drying at home, but damaging a dashboard screen is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place if you value your vehicle. Oh and their prices are ridiculously high for their crappy work.
